Game Description: Athena is a side-scrolling platformer where players control Athena, a princess who enters the Fantasy World to defeat an evil emperor. Players start with minimal equipment but can upgrade weapons and armor by breaking blocks and defeating enemies. The game features multiple worlds, each with unique challenges, and rewards exploration and strategic power-up collection.
Note: The transition from 5-screw to 3-screw cartridges in Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) games was primarily a cost-saving
measure implemented by Nintendo during the late 1980s. This change occasionally coincided with updates to other aspects of the game's
packaging, including the Universal Product Code (UPC) and/or a color change to the Nintendo Seal of Quality (SOQ). Not all NES games
underwent a UPC change during this transition and many retained the same UPC across both cartridge designs.
