Game Description: Mario Bros. is a cooperative arcade platformer where Mario and Luigi must defeat waves of enemies emerging from pipes in a single-screen arena. Players flip over enemies, such as Shellcreepers and Sidesteppers, by hitting the platforms beneath them and then kicking them off the stage. The game introduces many staple Mario mechanics, including jumping and enemy interactions, setting the foundation for future titles.
Note: The transition from 5-screw to 3-screw cartridges in Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) games was primarily a cost-saving
measure implemented by Nintendo during the late 1980s. This change occasionally coincided with updates to other aspects of the game's
packaging, including the Universal Product Code (UPC) and/or a color change to the Nintendo Seal of Quality (SOQ). Not all NES games
underwent a UPC change during this transition and many retained the same UPC across both cartridge designs.
