Game Description: Soccer is an arcade-style sports game that brings the excitement of international soccer to the 8-bit era. Players choose from one of seven national teams—USA, Great Britain, France, Germany, Brazil, Japan, or Spain—and compete in fast-paced matches either against the computer or a second player. Players control a single team member at a time, passing, dribbling, and shooting to score goals while switching between players on defense. The game offers adjustable difficulty levels and half-length options.
Note: The transition from 5-screw to 3-screw cartridges in Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) games was primarily a cost-saving
measure implemented by Nintendo during the late 1980s. This change occasionally coincided with updates to other aspects of the game's
packaging, including the Universal Product Code (UPC) and/or a color change to the Nintendo Seal of Quality (SOQ). Not all NES games
underwent a UPC change during this transition and many retained the same UPC across both cartridge designs.
